Q. How is it made?
A type of enriched bread, that relies on butter to give the loaf its soft texture. It is made using a combination of all-purpose flour which is used as a base for the dough, yeast and sugar acts as the fermentation agent. Using whole milk gives the bread more aroma. Dough is proofed for nearly half an hour which gives it the classic elastic well moisturised dough. It is baked for 20 mins at moderate temperature (190 °C) with gluten and water to achieve a soft, amazing texture.

Q. Does it contain sugar?
Our bread dough is fermented using yeast which needs some sugar! Sugar balances the bitterness produced during the fermentation process and lends a sweet taste to the finished product. And of course we make sure that added sugar is within its limits so you get a low sugar end product.

Yes. Our bread is made with all purpose flour has a finer, lighter texture and usually has a longer shelf life.

Q. Can you freeze it?
Yes you can definitely freeze sweet milk fruit bread up to 3 months and keep it good for later. Need to thaw your bread? Just stick it in the fridge overnight, and it’s good to go!
