These terms and conditions ("Terms") between you and Healthzone Organic Foods Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 of India, having its registered office at #71, 3rd Cross, MICO Layout, Vijayanagar, Bangalore - 560040 ("HZ") governs your use of the website www.getgrowfit.com ("Website") and Grow Fit and Grow Self apps, which are owned and operated by HZ.

• The Terms shall be deemed to have been accepted by you whenever you access the Website. You confirm that you are above the age of 18 (eighteen). You are requested not to use this Website if any of the terms and conditions contained in the Terms is unacceptable to you.
• The Website/App enables you to get health guidance such as health advice, diet plans and so on. The advice may be free or premium, which can be obtained by paying a communicated amount. ("Fee").
• You may register as a member of the Website/App by filling the online registration form available on the Website/App. You need to fill the form with all mandatory information. Upon Registration, your account shall be created in Website/App ("Account") and you will be a registered member of the Website/App ("Member"). You must keep your Account details such as username and password secure and confidential.
• Upon successful payment of the Fee through the payment gateway, the service for which you have paid the Fees will be available subject to the following conditions: The service will be provided for the time provided (e.g. 1 week) and not above that unless expressly provided by the company. The service depends on the information provided by you. If you have provided incorrect information, then the veracity of the service will be jeapordized You must disclose any and all conditions that affect your health and well-being, including medical and mental health advice.
• As a Member you will enjoy the right to write reviews and comments on the Website ("Posts"). You shall not however upload any Post(s) which have any abusive language or objectionable content. HZ may, in its absolute discretion, remove any of the Posts from the Website without any notice to you.
• The Fee is collected through the payment gateway and IE assumes no responsibility for any loss of money resulting while making payments through the payment gateway.
• The Fee will not be refunded to you under any circumstance.
• The Website/App is available to users, including you, on an "as is" basis, without any warranties as to fitness for use for a particular purpose, merchantability, freedom from defects or non-infringement, and HZ does not makes any warranties that the Website shall always be running and free of downtime, or that it shall be error-free, or any representations regarding the availability and performance of its Website or any of the websites to which links maybe provided in the Website.
• All content available on the Website/App including videos, sound and video recording, trailers, photographs, designs, graphics, images, animation and other content and effects ("Content") on the Website are for your personal, internal, informational and non-commercial use only and you shall not use it in any other manner. You are not allowed to broadcast any of the Contents or make copies of the Content.
• HZ reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without any obligation, to make improvements to, or correct any error or omissions in, any portion of the Website/App and update information on a timely manner but shall not be liable for any inaccuracies in the Website/App.

HZ has a definite copyright policy in relation to any Posts that are alleged to infringe the copyright of a third party and a copy of this policy is available here.
• You agree to indemnify and hold HZ and (as applicable) its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of the Terms, your violation of any law, or your violation of the rights of a third party, including the infringement by you of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity. These obligations will survive any termination of the Terms.
• To the fullest extent permissible by law, HZ subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees disclaim all possible warranties over Content and HZ makes no guarantees, nor can HZ be responsible for the quality, copyright compliance or legality over the Content on the Website/App. HZ is not liable for any kind of damages, loss of data, revenue, profits, property, infection by viruses etc. resulting from the use of the Content or the Websites.
• HZ makes no representation and assumes no responsibility concerning any of the content that third parties advertise on the Website/App. The Website/App may contain links to third party sites which are not owned and controlled by HZ. • The services are personal to you and you may not assign your rights and obligation under the Terms to any person.
• You agree to comply with the local laws, of the territory where you are located, for contacting HZ for advice and for the use of the Website/App and HZ does not have a responsibility for any violation of laws by you.
• The Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute between HZ and you related to the services or any of the Terms shall be referred to binding arbitration to be conducted in English by a sole arbitrator appointed by the [CEO/Managing Director] of HZ at Bangalore in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, whose award shall be final and binding.
