We are:
We are Healthzone Organic Foods Pvt. Ltd., a fast-growing organization led by alumni from Stanford, IITs and TISS. Venture-funded by premium investors with a reputation of creating successful companies, Healthzone is now expanding its team. The mental health counselling team is mentored by two senior professionals with 15+ years of experience in counseling and therapy.

You would be responsible for:
 Enabling clients to create and meet goals such as overcome challenges/issues in the areas of self-image, caregiving and pregnancy/post-delivery-related concerns
 Managing a portfolio of clients (in different life-stages) using a humanistic, client-centric approach
 Inquiring with empathy and structured questions to enable the client’s awareness of needs and motivations
 Identifying the client’s intrinsic motivations to ensure s/he owns the goal and works towards their well-being
 Staying connected with the clients during the entire relationship through chat
 Scheduling periodic check-points to assess mini-outcomes of goals and course-correct if required
 Sharing learnings from client relationship with team-members while ensuring strict client confidentiality
 Ensuring that clients are promptly responded to on the chat interface and sessions are scheduled and executed diligently
 Entering case histories and maintaining records of each client

And you are/have:
 Passionate about human well-being with a keen interest in changing people’s lives positively
 Open-minded, objective and empathetic: you believe people can change for the better
 Excellent interpersonal communication skills, especially active listening and effective feedback sharing
 Experienced in dealing with people who have some of the issues listed above
 Excellent problem-solving skills to overcome perceived bottlenecks
 Enthusiastic about and comfortable using technology such as chat to engage with clients
 Familiarity in working with clients in a similar set-up is a plus
 Independent self-starter with a demonstrated ability to lead and own every client relationship

Minimum qualifications and requirements:
PG Diploma in Counselling or Masters in Psychology. 1-2 years of experience in the field of Counselling.
A computer with good internet speed.
